For Candidates to: Manager and Regional Manager Positions
Description: We are currently seeking Experienced Managers to oversee our B2B Departments. As a key member of our Management Department you will be responsible for guiding your Team to Success by meeting or exceeding all goals and financial plans set by the Company. Candidate must have a strong commitment to world class Customer Service to share it and teach it to the team through coaching, training and positive motivation appraisals. Responsibilities: Includes interviewing, hiring, training, maintaining weekly work schedules, coordinates daily zones or territories, keep daily activities for up to 10 B2B Developers, resolving customers associate issues, sale confirmation, verification of deposits and charges. These are some of the basic responsibilities but not limited to other ones. May be responsible for one or more Teams or Departments. Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-7 years in Management, preferably in Business Developing, Sales or Customer Service. Ideal candidate will also have extensive background of .html, web design and Internet. Prospective Manager must be Self-Starter and know how to work with little or not supervision at all, must be able to follow company policies. Local positions are available so knowledge and experience in the areas are a must.
Experience - Education:2+ years experience in the B2B related field or a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
