A personal story about the day I saw me in front of the mirror and said to myself.... What the (.....) happened to me?. That is not me, no way.
Steps I took to become and look the way I do now. Well, I must tell you that I am not in anyway or form a superstar but one thing I can tell you, I lost 40 pounds, so far kept them off for more than a year, I went from size 42 to 34 and continue getting and feeling better.
Who am I?
A little bit about myself. I am a 47 years young gentleman, I am not in any way
or form an active person, I hate to have to do exercises so I don't do any, I don't like to be told how to do things but if I am told the guidelines I can develop my own way of doing things, I am fun but serious when someone tries to be a smart you know what with me. I also like to
feel good about myself, like to eat, have a nice meal, be relaxed as much as possible on the weekends of from work, I work about 11 hours a day in an office, yes in an office, five days a week sometimes six days a week and I still manage to loose all that way and reduce my fat stomach, my fat face, fat arms and fat legs to almost nothing. To be honest with you, I was not even able to see my toes when I was standing. Do you know what I mean?
Weight Loosing Process
It was a kick in the face when I found out I lost all that weight. Here is how:
After that stupid mirror allowed me to see what I looked like I sure got concerned and angry at myself not only that, a few month back a couple of my family members had ended up in the hospital and every time I went to the hospital I saw many people who's illnesses started for weighting a little more than what they were supposed to weight. Some of them loosing body part to mostly over weight related diseases and others cutting their stomachs in half so they can loose weight, that's nuts to me. I did not want to wait for any of that, you know what I mean?.
So after a while I made a conscious decision that I can not continue the way I was. I started to do some research, asked doctors (they offered medicines) I said, not for me man, I am not sick, I asked people who lost weight at one point in their life but then gain it back, of course I asked them how they did it so I did not do what they have already done, obviously they tried and failed (so no diets for me) Got that?.
Then I found out that everybody had different diet suggestions but I'll be crazy to stop eating what I like not only that, they also wanted me to go to the gym to loose weight, what the ... is that? I hate gyms man.
Stop eating what I like and go to gym??? No way..No way. That's not me
Well, so far no chemical, no medicines, no diets and no exercise, so you must be wondering
Ok, what the ..... you got to help me loose the weight man..right?

So what is Let It Melt .Com
I choose the name "Let It Melt" because that's what I do, I let the fat in my body melt away.
Now, I am in no way or form a Doctor or Health Professional, so before you practice what I've done, you must ask a Health Professional. I am just one guy who one day decided that I was tired of being fat and so I changed my mind, my ways of eating. I made a secured and efficient change probably for the rest of my life and it includes no medicine nor exercises.
It is a hard decision and only successful people can make decisions of that kind, that's why you are here, because you are done being and looking at someone in the mirror that is not you.
So if I am wrong, look at your mirror and tell yourself if that person on that mirror is you or you just gave up and will like to continue seeing yourself the way the mirror and the world sees you for the rest of our life.

The Human Body includes the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, endocrine system, integumentary system, urinary system, lymphatic system, immune system, respiratory system, nervous system and reproductive system. But for our purpose, we need to only focus in how to maintain all these parts to work as if they were finest parts in your vehicle and you are now responsible for the tune-up, ok, yes, you have to tune it up yourself and here is the guidelines to show you how.
Gas tank has a maximum capacity, oil tank has a maximum capacity, water radiator has a maximum capacity and so does you body. Do you understand that?
So you really have to find out what is the maximum daily capacity for your body, yes, that's it.

Light just came on in your body.
You
are getting tired, you feeling depressed, you feeling like you need air,
you can't breath when you wear a sweater or a tie, you sweat in cold
days, when the weather is hot you feeling weird and so on, you know what
I mean and all of those things that we feel when we feel them. We can't
even start to wonder how we are going to weight less someday because we
are so stuck that our body is like that, that we have unconsciously
declared it a lost battle. And to top it off, they tell you you have to stop eating what you like, eat right and go to the gym, how you like that?
So here is the naked truth, your body
is the Finest Machine Ever and I know you can manage it because I did
it. It will respond in a timely manner if you Tune It Up properly.
For
comparison only, if the engine in the vehicle needs 4 quarts of oil,
you can not possibly add 5 quarts because you will blow the engine up
and you will blow it up because it does not expands. Our body expands
because our skin is super flexible including some of our organs like the
stomach hence it does not matter how much food you add to the body, it
will continue expanding but with negative results and you can see those
results in your mirror, right?

So here it goes why is it that you do not drop a pound?
If
your vehicle has to much oil, you can remove a screw and take that oil
off, something that will be hard to do to our body right? Therefore you will
not take that vehicle for a spin to make it loose oil, right? So why
would we take our body to the gym if it is not in good shape already?
Running or exercising 100 miles a minute will not help us much if we
continue adding the same or more amount of food into the body, right?
This is when our Eating Habits must kick in
Some
people thinks that if they continuously exercise they would lose
weight, the reality is, if they continue adding more food into their body
in reality it will not matter how much they run or exercise, they will continue weight
and look the same too. They will just get muscle but no one will ever
see them because they are hiding behind a solid wall of fat.
A Normal Human Maximum Daily Intake
We all have a Maximum Daily Intake for everything but most importantly for food that affect us the most. As long as you can maintain your maximum daily intake below your 100% daily, you will slowly Let It Melt.
You can always enhanced your Eating Habits with products that can help you get more energy to accelerate your program.
When I started my personal program and I found my Maximum Daily Intake I wrote it and took it with me everywhere until it converted into part of my life. Based on the book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective PeopleŽ by Steven Covey, it takes about 90 days to develop a new habit. So you must be willing to practice what you learn for at least 90 days to make it a New Eating Habit.
